Business Development Executive - Insurance and Fleet

About the role

As a Business Development Executive focusing on Insurance and Fleet at Pitstop360, you will drive growth in the automobile car‑care market across Sharjah and the wider UAE. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships and increase market share.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to understand financial needs and support operational efficiency.
• Develop financial plans, budgets and long‑term strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for the Autocare division, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Design and manage pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
• Formulate and execute a business development strategy with clear sales and revenue targets.
• Implement upsell and cross‑sell initiatives to maximise client value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders in the automotive, insurance and fleet sectors.
• Streamline lead generation, proposal management and sales conversion processes.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to deliver cohesive, region‑specific campaigns and promote the brand at local events and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in business development, sales or related functions.
• Proven ability to analyse markets, develop pricing models and drive revenue growth.
• Strong client relationship management and partnership building skills.
• Experience in the automotive, insurance or fleet industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
