Business Development Executive – New Sales (Dubai)

About the role

Ventures ONSITE is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new sales of its construction projects database across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, you will target construction firms and infrastructure players, promoting a subscription‑based platform that provides detailed project intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activity and growth areas.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue quotas.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and customer service teams to support sales efforts.
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends and activity to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities with a proven record of achieving targets.
• Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape and client needs in the construction sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Familiarity with project management and industry‑specific software.
