Business Development Executive – New Sales (Dubai)

About the role

Ventures ONSITE, a subscription‑based platform delivering detailed construction project data across the Middle East, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new sales in Dubai. The role focuses on selling the MEA Construction Projects Database to clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors and achieving assigned revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Ventures ONSITE’s market presence.
• Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitor activities and growth areas.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, prepare persuasive presentations and proposals, and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development and customer service to support sales initiatives.
• Track, report and analyse business development activities, sales performance and market insights for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape and client needs in the construction sector.
• Proactive, analytical and able to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Experience using industry‑specific construction data tools.
