Business Development Executive – Recruitment & Workforce Solutions

About the role

The client, an Emirati-owned manpower solutions provider, seeks a commercially driven Business Development Executive to expand its client portfolio across the UAE. This client‑facing role involves identifying market opportunities, pitching workforce solutions and building long‑term partnerships with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target premium companies across sectors such as professional services, finance, technology, healthcare, energy and retail.
• Generate leads through outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and industry events.
• Research target accounts, understand hiring plans and build a qualified pipeline of prospects.
• Maintain relationships with senior decision‑makers, conduct discovery meetings and present tailored workforce solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate fees and contractual terms, and manage the sales cycle to closure.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure accurate translation of client requirements and timely delivery.
• Use CRM to track activities, report on pipeline and performance against KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6–8 years of business development experience in UAE recruitment, staffing or HR services.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients, meeting revenue targets and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and corporate decision‑making structures.
