Business Development Executive – Travel & Tourism

About the role

GALLERIA TOURS FZCO is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand its inbound and outbound tourism portfolio in Dubai. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving sales of travel packages and corporate travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in both inbound and outbound tourism.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, hotels, suppliers, and tourism partners.
• Leverage existing market connections to generate leads and secure new clients.
• Promote customized itineraries, group tours, and corporate travel solutions.
• Arrange client meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up on potential deals.
• Negotiate terms and support overall sales growth.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in the travel industry.
• Strong market connections within the UAE travel and tourism sector.
• Proven background in business development, travel agency, DMC, tour operator, or hospitality sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
