Business Development Manager – Arabic & French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who is fluent in Arabic and French to expand our client base within the financial services sector. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting our secure financial messaging solutions, and driving revenue growth across a defined territory.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Conduct cold calls, set up meetings, and present our solutions to senior decision‑makers.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline stages.
• Stay informed on industry trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional sales experience.
• Proven success in consultative sales, preferably within financial services.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills in English, Arabic, and French.
• Strong organizational abilities, time‑management, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
