Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

Group-IB is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its META Sales Team in the UAE. You will drive strategic growth, generate high‑value opportunities and build trusted relationships with government, enterprise and critical‑infrastructure stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE, focusing on government and semi‑government entities.
• Develop and maintain senior‑level relationships with regulators, public‑sector bodies and strategic industry players.
• Identify opportunities aligned with UAE digital transformation initiatives and position cybersecurity solutions such as threat intelligence, incident response and critical‑infrastructure protection.
• Leverage partnerships with system integrators, channel partners and alliance‑driven models to expand the pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales engineering, marketing and regional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, technology or systems integration.
• Proven success selling to enterprise or strategic accounts in the UAE, preferably within the public sector.
• Strong understanding of local compliance frameworks, government buying processes and digital‑transformation initiatives.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
