Business Development Manager - Enterprise Accounts

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Enterprise Accounts will drive revenue growth and expand Network International’s market presence across the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to the VP – Head of Business Development, you will lead the acquisition of strategic enterprise customers and help the team meet its ambitious 2026 revenue target.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, negotiate and close profitable new key accounts, contracts and deals.
• Win strategic new business and transition new accounts to relationship management with seamless hand‑over.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of high‑value prospects.
• Provide market intelligence on large upcoming opportunities from an acquiring perspective.
• Support the overall business development strategy across all Network products, identifying key segments, defining customer propositions and key messages.
• Learn and articulate Network’s product portfolio to prospective clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a B2B environment.
• Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Excellent market analysis and intelligence gathering skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
