Business Development Manager – FinTech

About the role

Support the Chief Business Development Officer in attracting and onboarding FinTech companies and strategic partners, strengthening client relationships, and promoting the organization as a leading global financial hub.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage existing clients and channel partners, build strong relationships with FinTech firms, and develop referral channels.
• Identify, target, and attract FinTech companies worldwide, generate new business through networking, events, and direct outreach, and support client onboarding including registration, licensing, and office setup.
• Develop and manage channel partner relationships, onboard new partners locally and internationally, and provide training and performance monitoring.
• Conduct market research, prepare reports and presentations for senior management, and represent the organization at conferences and trade events.
• Provide recommendations for process improvement, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure compliance with information security policies.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of business development or FinTech sales experience with a proven track record of meeting revenue or client acquisition targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
