Business Development Manager – Holiday Homes

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager with expertise in the holiday homes and short‑term rental market. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth for our expanding portfolio in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
• Leverage personal network and client portfolio to generate high‑quality leads and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and key industry stakeholders.
• Manage and nurture existing client accounts to maximize their revenue potential.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of business development experience in Dubai.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• In‑depth knowledge of market trends and competitor insights within the holiday homes sector.
