Business Development Manager – HVAC Systems (Oil & Gas Sector)

About the role

The Business Development Manager – HVAC Systems will drive growth of HVAC solutions within the oil & gas sector, identifying new opportunities and building trusted relationships with EPCs, end‑users and contractors. The role requires strong technical knowledge of industrial HVAC equipment and compliance for hazardous environments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the oil & gas sector.
• Conduct market research on upcoming projects, tenders and maintenance contracts related to HVAC systems.
• Visit clients, deliver presentations and hold technical discussions with project engineers, procurement teams and facility managers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts and opportunity status updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales within HVAC or mechanical systems.
• Strong exposure to the oil & gas sector (onshore/offshore) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of industrial HVAC systems, hazardous area classifications and engineering standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, API, ISO).
