Business Development Manager – Interior Design & Fit‑Out

About the role

Golden Frame Interior Decoration is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to generate, develop and close interior design, renovation, fit‑out and turnkey project opportunities across the UAE. The role is target‑driven and focuses on building a continuous pipeline of qualified projects.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new interior design, renovation, fit‑out and turnkey project opportunities on an ongoing basis.
• Build and manage a pipeline of residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and office projects.
• Develop relationships with property owners, developers, investors, consultants, architects, brokers and corporate clients.
• Identify opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, industry events and partnerships.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, site visits and briefings.
• Present company capabilities, proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up until contracts are signed.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with opportunity value, stage, probability and expected closing date.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in business development or sales within interior design, fit‑out, renovation or construction.
• Proven record of personally generating and closing interior or fit‑out projects.
• Strong network of decision‑makers in the UAE interior design and real‑estate market.
• Ability to generate business independently and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a UAE driving licence (preferred).
