Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead market analysis and expansion across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia and Eastern Europe, driving sales growth for GOTION HIGH-TECH's energy storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market analysis, identify target regions and develop sales strategies to achieve full market coverage.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, lead negotiations, contract signing and manage order fulfillment and payment risks.
• Track project progress, coordinate internal and external resources, and resolve key execution issues to meet regional business goals.
• Achieve predetermined sales and profit margin targets, monitor performance and adjust tactics as needed.
• Organise and participate in international exhibitions, seminars and other promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or management experience in the new energy or energy‑storage sector, with proven regional market expansion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑relationship skills; ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong cross‑departmental coordination ability and willingness to travel or relocate to Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Turkey, Uzbekistan or Egypt.
