About the role
Harmony Medical Group is seeking a motivated, results‑driven Business Development Manager to build strategic partnerships, generate new business, and achieve growth targets within the dental and healthcare sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to meet growth targets.
Required profile
- Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) with proven business development or sales experience.
- Strong networking, communication and negotiation abilities, with a proactive, strategic mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using CRM systems.
