Business Development Manager

About the role

RTS International is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth opportunities in Dubai, UAE. This 1099 contract position focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts across the region. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, ambitious, and comfortable with extensive travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new international business opportunities using strategic sales tactics such as solicitation, client referrals, networking, agent relationships, and SEO‑driven lead generation.
• Present and explain complex financial products and their value to prospective clients, both over the phone and in person.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing international customers through phone calls and on‑site visits.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline to meet monthly sales targets and negotiate spreads to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate regularly with agent partners, follow up on sales leads and client referrals, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of business development experience.
• Proven record of solution‑based sales success in the financial sector or services to manufacturers.
• Self‑driven, able to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, problem‑solving abilities, and desire to work in a competitive sales team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Eastern/Western Asia without restrictions.
