Business Development Manager

About the role

Casale SA is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join its Dubai team, focusing on expanding business opportunities across the African market. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and supporting the company’s growth strategy in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the potential market for Casale’s technologies, products and services.
• Develop new initiatives to increase market share and drive sales.
• Identify and develop opportunities and strategies for sales and marketing activities.
• Provide market insights, feedback and reports on competitors and customer projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers among new and existing customers.
• Participate in major conferences and industry events within the assigned territory.
• Assist the Area Manager in contract negotiation and definition.

Required profile

• 10 years of professional experience in a commercial or sales role.
• Proven B2B sales and business development experience with a focus on achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of the fertilizer and/or Oil & Gas markets, including industry trends.
• Experience in the African market is a strong plus, especially in fertilizer, chemical or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned markets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and/or French are advantageous.
