Business Development Manager – Middle East (Dubai/Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are partnering with a global packaging solutions leader to expand its footprint across the Middle East. The Business Development Manager will drive new revenue streams, build strategic relationships, and act as the primary point of contact for prospective customers in the Beauty, Personal Care, Home Care and Consumer Products sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and develop new business opportunities throughout the Middle East.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and key industry stakeholders.
• Design and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Generate leads via market research, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Conduct meetings, presentations and commercial discussions with marketing, packaging development, procurement and senior leadership teams.
• Prepare accurate proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular forecasts and updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to transition new opportunities into ongoing account management.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, exhibitions and conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of securing new business in technical or packaging solutions.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building capabilities across FMCG, beauty and personal care sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated approach with strong commercial acumen.
