Business Development Manager – New Sales (Dubai)

About the role

Ventures ONSITE, a subscription‑based platform delivering detailed construction project data across the Middle East, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales of its MEA Construction Projects Database. The role focuses on expanding market presence, securing new clients, and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow Ventures ONSITE’s market share.
• Conduct market research to spot industry trends, competitor activity, and growth areas.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, prepare persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to support sales initiatives.
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and client needs in construction.
• Proactive, analytical, and able to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Familiarity with project management and industry‑specific software.
