Business Development Manager – Real Estate Investments

About the role

KeyMavens Group is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Business Development Manager to originate and qualify high‑quality real‑estate investment opportunities across Dubai and the wider UAE. The role requires a strong local network, relationship‑building skills and the discipline to deliver well‑qualified deals to the Investment Department.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source real‑estate investment opportunities throughout the UAE.
• Develop and nurture relationships with landowners, developers, HNWI, family offices and senior decision‑makers.
• Establish joint ventures and strategic partnerships to expand the investment pipeline.
• Target distressed assets and special‑situations for potential acquisition or development.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE real‑estate business development, investment origination, acquisitions, brokerage or strategic partnerships.
• Proven network within the Dubai real‑estate market and ability to source off‑market opportunities.
• Experience dealing directly with landowners, developers, high‑net‑worth individuals and family‑owned investment offices.
• Familiarity with joint ventures, land transactions, distressed assets or development projects is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree; professional qualifications are an advantage.
