Business Development Manager – SaaS & Fintech

About the role

Qashio is looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to showcase our SaaS solutions to prospective clients. You will use product demos and tailored presentations to position Qashio as the optimal partner for improving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, recommending Qashio solutions to enhance their operations.
• Proactively source new customers through multiple outbound channels and strategies.
• Design, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
• Create compelling presentations, data‑backed documents, and arguments that highlight Qashio’s features.
• Identify customer pain points and articulate how Qashio addresses them.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets within set timeframes.
• Utilise the company CRM to track and manage sales activities.
• Generate innovative marketing and sales ideas to expand the user base.
• Assist in market segmentation and pinpoint the best fit for Qashio’s business model.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a closing B2B sales role, preferably in SaaS, fintech or a B2B startup.
• Highly proactive with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
