Business Development Manager - SaaS FinTech

About the role

Alaan is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Middle East for its AI‑powered spend management platform. This full‑cycle sales role involves prospecting, product demos, and closing new SaaS FinTech deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound channels such as cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
• Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations addressing prospect pain points.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers and multiple customer personas.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for seamless onboarding and activation.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a lead‑generating or outbound B2B sales role, preferably SaaS or tech‑driven.
• Hunter mindset motivated by targets and numbers.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong consultative selling and solution‑mapping abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑starter thriving in a high‑growth startup environment.
• Customer‑first attitude and fluent English.
