Business Development Manager – UAE/Dubai

About the role

Ajax Systems, a leading European security technology provider, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the UAE market from its Dubai office. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building partner networks, and delivering end‑to‑end security solutions to commercial and residential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for the UAE.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners across key verticals.
• Generate new business opportunities aligned with company growth strategy.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and risks, and adapt sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospects and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial experience in business and sales management within the electronic security industry.
• Proven sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for executive‑level engagement.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
• Conversational English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of electronic security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection).
• Familiarity with cloud‑based security solutions.
• Understanding of IoT and AI‑based analytics in security.
