About the role
The Personal Loan Retention Officer manages customer retention activities for personal loans and finance products, handling liability letter requests, fresh and top‑up loan opportunities, and facilitating loan rescheduling and restructuring solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Retain existing personal loan customers by offering suitable financial solutions.
- Process liability letter requests, fresh and top‑up loan applications, and loan restructuring.
- Ensure timely processing while adhering to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service turnaround times.
Required profile
- University graduate or diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years banking experience.
- Strong customer retention and relationship management abilities.
- Sales, negotiation, and credit product knowledge.
Required skills
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Regulatory and compliance awareness.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
