Russian Speaking Relationship Manager – Priority Banking

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking Russian‑speaking Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers for its Priority Banking division. The role focuses on acquiring new high‑net‑worth clients, maintaining and growing existing relationships, and meeting revenue targets across assets, liabilities, investments and insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with Priority Banking clients, leveraging customer service representatives for routine transactions.
• Acquire new clients, present a full suite of banking, lending and wealth‑management products, and close deals to achieve unit goals.
• Provide comprehensive advice on Priority Banking offerings and proactively cross‑sell to existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank, anti‑money‑laundering regulations and internal sales policies.
• Monitor service quality, stay informed of market trends and competitor activity, and refer clients to other bank areas as appropriate.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or Finance; CISI certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in financial services or banking, covering retail and wealth‑management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Russian is mandatory.
