Senior Manager – Trade Sales

About the role

The Senior Manager – Trade Sales will lead end‑to‑end origination, structuring, execution and monitoring of complex, bespoke transaction banking solutions for large corporate and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of C&IB clients, providing advisory and solutioning for complex trade and supply‑chain finance deals.
• Coordinate with coverage, credit, legal, compliance, operations, IT and regional teams to ensure proper approval, documentation and execution of transactions.
• Drive new trade business opportunities, grow trade asset books and generate additional revenue streams.
• Ensure deal structures comply with product guidelines, regulatory, compliance and operational risk policies.

Required profile

• Finance graduate with a management degree.
• 10+ years of banking experience, including 5‑7 years in transaction banking.
• Strong client engagement, relationship‑building and solution‑selling capabilities.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of trade products: letters of credit, guarantees, receivable finance, supply‑chain finance.
• Understanding of Islamic trade finance (preferred).
