About the role

The Business Development Officer will drive personal loan sales and fulfillment within the Retail Banking division. You will work through outbound channels to meet monthly KPIs, generate revenue, and expand the bank's customer base.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned monthly KPIs by directing telesales activities toward sales targets.
  • Maintain service standards, monitor performance, and evaluate productivity across systems and product campaigns.
  • Manage relationships for an assigned portfolio via outbound channels, focusing on personal loan sales and fulfillment.
  • Generate revenue through personal banking loan sales and meet revenue‑based KPI targets.
  • Acquire new business through cross‑selling to increase market penetration.
  • Handle assigned leads in the CRM system within agreed turnaround times.

Required profile

  • Diploma or high‑school qualification.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in personal banking, relationship management, telesales, or related services.
  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of personal banking products.
