Business Development – Recruitment Consultant (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development – Recruitment Consultant to lead new client acquisition and drive revenue growth across the UAE. You will work closely with our recruitment teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the GCC market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with recruitment specialists to design and present staffing solutions.
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in recruitment or staffing.
• Strong network and deep knowledge of GCC markets.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
