Business Development & Sales Executive – Luxury Packaging

About the role

We are looking for a confident, well-presented Business Development and Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities for a leading luxury packaging and manufacturing company in Dubai. The role focuses on driving sales across the GCC and international markets, targeting senior decision-makers in luxury retail, hospitality, corporate, events, beauty, jewellery, fashion and gifting sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries.
• Implement a top-down sales strategy, engaging directly with owners, directors, procurement and marketing teams.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations with confidence and professionalism.
• Attend networking events, industry exhibitions and business development meetings to expand market presence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales or business development experience within Dubai.
• Strong local business network and deep knowledge of the regional market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confident, articulate and professional presentation style.
• Highly presentable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, driven and able to work independently.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Driving licence preferred.
