Business Development & Site Acquisition Manager – Retail / F&B Expansion

About the role

We are a leading UAE catering company partnered with an international premium coffee brand, launching a new retail expansion across Dubai and the UAE. The Business Development & Site Acquisition Manager will drive the identification, negotiation and acquisition of premium locations for compact coffee and food outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure suitable sites across Dubai and the UAE, focusing on corporate office buildings, business parks, healthcare facilities, universities, government buildings and mixed‑use developments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, asset managers, facilities‑management firms and major corporate organisations.
• Assess locations based on population, footfall, competition, demographics and commercial potential.
• Present the concept to landlords and corporate decision‑makers and negotiate rental, revenue‑share and other commercial terms.
• Manage the pipeline from initial contact through signed agreement to store opening, and report on progress.
• Identify additional opportunities for office delivery, meeting catering and corporate catering within secured sites.
• Collaborate closely with senior management and operations to achieve rapid site launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, site acquisition, commercial leasing or retail expansion within the UAE.
• Strong existing network with landlords, developers, property managers and corporate decision‑makers in Dubai.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close commercial agreements.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s commercial real‑estate market and ability to evaluate profitability of locations.
• Fluent English communication skills and a UAE driving licence with own transport.
• Proactive, independent and results‑oriented mindset.
