Business Development Team Leader - Arabic Speaker

About the role

VT Markets is seeking a Business Development Team Leader to drive Arabic‑speaking initiatives across the GCC and broader MENA region. The role focuses on building Introducing Broker (IB) partnerships while leading a high‑performing Business Development Manager (BDM) team to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Arabic‑focused business development activities and IB partnership acquisition.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high‑performing BDM team that consistently exceeds targets.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic IB collaborations and market penetration.
• Expand VT Markets’ footprint in new Arabic‑speaking markets within the MENA region.
• Monitor team performance using CRM and sales analytics tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years senior‑level business development experience in the forex/financial services industry.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams in the MENA region.
• Extensive experience developing and managing IB partnerships.
• Native or near‑native fluency in Arabic with strong communication skills across dialects.
• Solid understanding of forex markets, multi‑asset trading and brokerage operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales analytics platforms.
• Advanced Excel for performance tracking and strategic analysis.
