Business Head – Projects (Professional AV)

About the role

Techniline Electronics is seeking a Business Head – Projects (Professional AV) to lead its Systems & Solutions business in Dubai. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for technical leadership, solution design, partner‑led execution and overall commercial performance of professional AV projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Systems & Solutions (Projects) function, aligning it with Techniline’s market positioning.
• Own the full sales pipeline – from lead generation and qualification to forecasting and deal conversion.
• Manage the P&L for the Projects business, driving revenue growth, margin improvement and project profitability.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategy, priorities and key growth opportunities.
• Serve as the final technical authority on all projects, defining architecture, standards and compliance.
• Maintain a hands‑on role for complex or high‑value opportunities while guiding partner execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in professional AV project delivery and commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of managing P&L, driving sales and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong customer‑facing and partner management skills.
