Business Set Up Consultant – Dubai

About the role

Europe Emirates Group is seeking a Business Set Up Consultant to join its Dubai office. This client‑facing, fee‑generating position focuses on selling UAE business formation, trade licensing, residency, and corporate services to entrepreneurs and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Advise entrepreneurs and investors on the most suitable UAE business setup solutions.
• Sell Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation services.
• Build and manage a high‑value sales pipeline.
• Convert qualified enquiries into long‑term client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track performance against KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE corporate services sales experience, or an equivalent proven sales track record.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Highly commercial, disciplined, resilient, and performance‑driven.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM (or comparable enterprise CRM platform).
