Business Setup Advisor – Sales & Advisory

About the role

ACE Patrons is seeking a Business Setup Advisor who blends strong sales capabilities with a consultative approach to help entrepreneurs and investors establish businesses in the UAE. The role involves understanding client needs, recommending appropriate setup solutions, and guiding them through the entire sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, networking and self‑generated opportunities.
• Assess client requirements and propose suitable UAE Mainland or Free Zone company formation, licensing, visas, banking and related services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and cost comparisons, and manage follow‑ups from enquiry to closure.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while building long‑term client relationships.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding and maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines and forecasts.
• Represent ACE Patrons at networking events, exhibitions and business forums, and develop referral and strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business consulting or corporate services, with mandatory UAE business setup experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation processes.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative selling mindset.
• Target‑oriented, proven ability to close deals and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
