Business Setup Advisor – Sales

About the role

FounderX is seeking a driven Business Setup Advisor to engage with entrepreneurs looking to establish companies in the UAE. The role focuses on aggressive sales, understanding client needs and closing business setup packages.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with inbound leads interested in starting a UAE company.
• Assess client activity, visa requirements, ownership structure and budget.
• Recommend the appropriate Free Zone or Mainland setup and explain the full process.
• Manage follow‑ups and pipeline using Zoho CRM.
• Close business setup packages and meet monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth client handover and identify upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UAE business setup or corporate services sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on calls, WhatsApp and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Commercially sharp, proactive in following up and achieving targets.
• Good understanding of UAE Free Zones, Mainland, visas and company formation is a plus.
• Ambitious, polished and eager to grow in a high‑performance environment.
