Business Setup Consultant

About the role

Corpwise is looking for a Business Setup Consultant to manage a high‑volume pipeline of warm inbound enquiries from clients wishing to establish a company in the UAE. You will guide prospects through the entire formation process, from initial advice to signed contracts, ensuring a smooth and fast experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 200+ inbound leads each month and convert them into signed clients.
• Advise prospects on the optimal business structure, free‑zone vs mainland, activity selection, licensing and visa requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations and close deals without extensive hand‑holding.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end formation tasks, including document collection, licensing, and liaison with authorities and free‑zone officials.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UAE company formation, corporate services or business setup.
• Fluent spoken and written English; client‑facing communication is essential.
• Self‑motivated sales approach with the ability to own a deal from lead to licence.
• Comfortable working independently without micromanagement.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UAE free‑zone and mainland company formation processes.
• Understanding of licensing procedures and corporate visa processing.
• Quote preparation and contract negotiation.
