Business Setup Consultant – Multilingual

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Setup Consultant to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on guiding clients through UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation, handling leads and converting them into successful business setups.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to business setup inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate Mainland or Free Zone solutions.
• Explain setup packages, licensing requirements, costs and procedures to prospects.
• Follow up leads, maintain a sales pipeline and convert enquiries into closed deals.
• Negotiate terms, close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups and conversions.
• Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations and Free Zone offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in UAE business setup consultancy.
• Fluent in any three of Arabic, French and Turkish.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to meet sales targets.
• Available to start within one month.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation processes.
• Familiarity with trade licenses, visas and related business setup services.
