Business Setup Consultant – UAE Advisory

About the role

We are seeking motivated Business Setup Consultants to advise entrepreneurs, investors, HNIs and international clients on establishing and expanding their businesses in the UAE. Both fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to join our growing Dubai team.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on Mainland, Freezone and DIFC business setup options and recommend suitable jurisdictions, activities and ownership structures.
• Guide clients through company formation, licensing, regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Support corporate banking, KYC/AML, tax and compliance coordination.
• Manage end‑to‑end formation processes with internal PRO, compliance, banking and tax teams.
• Generate new business through consultative selling, achieve sales targets and identify cross‑selling opportunities for accounting, tax, audit, banking and office solutions.

Required profile

• For experienced candidates: 2–3+ years of UAE business setup consultancy, strong knowledge of Mainland, Freezone and DIFC regulations, corporate tax and cross‑border structuring.
• For freshers: Excellent communication, strong interest in sales and business consulting, confident and professional demeanor, willingness to learn the UAE setup industry.
• Arabic, French or Russian language skills are a plus.
