Business Setup Consultant – UAE Company Formation

About the role

Paci.ai is launching a new corporate services line that helps entrepreneurs, startups and SMEs set up and operate businesses in the UAE. As a Business Setup Consultant you will be the primary on‑site contact for clients seeking company formation, licensing, PRO and banking assistance, working from our Dubai office.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on the optimal structure – free‑zone or mainland – based on activity and goals.
• Manage the full incorporation cycle: name reservation, approvals, licensing and registration.
• Coordinate PRO services, document clearing, visa and Emirates ID processing.
• Support corporate bank account opening and act as liaison with banks.
• Guide clients through license renewals and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate case records and timelines throughout the setup pipeline.
• Build relationships with free‑zone authorities, government departments and banks to streamline processes.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities for Paci.ai’s accounting and compliance solutions.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in UAE company formation, corporate services or PRO consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of free‑zone and mainland formation, licensing and PRO procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE corporate banking requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or related field preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
