About the role

We are seeking a Business Setup Consultant to provide expert guidance to clients looking to establish, expand, or optimise their operations in the UAE. The role involves advising on mainland, free‑zone, and offshore structures, navigating regulatory requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on the most suitable company formation options – mainland, free‑zone, or offshore – based on business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Guide clients through the entire setup process, including documentation, licensing, and compliance with local authorities.
• Develop and execute business strategies that support client objectives.
• Stay current on UAE business laws, government policies, and licensing regulations across all jurisdictions.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business through effective communication.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular project status updates to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business consulting with proven expertise in mainland, free‑zone, and offshore company formation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE business jurisdictions, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
