Business Setup Sales Assistant (Female)

About the role

Bestax Chartered Accountants is seeking a proactive Female Business Setup Sales Assistant and Consultant to join their Dubai team. You will convert leads into new business, guiding clients through the entire company formation process in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Convert marketing leads into signed business contracts.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and advise on business setup across UAE zones.
• Educate clients on Bestax’s services and local regulations.
• Research client business ideas and recommend optimal zones.
• Liaise with internal teams, licensing authorities, and banks to ensure smooth setup.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Attend networking events, manage partner relationships, and support marketing insights.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional services to add client value.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of sales and business development experience.
• Proactive, confident, and results‑driven with a proven track record of generating business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong document/database management.
• Demonstrates integrity, dependability, and strong work ethic.
