Business Setup Sales Consultant

About the role

We are a well‑established business‑setup consultancy in Dubai seeking a proactive Business Setup Sales Consultant. You will guide entrepreneurs, startups and investors through the UAE company formation process, turning leads into satisfied clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales leads related to Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore company formation.
• Advise clients on licensing types, visa packages and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by converting qualified leads.
• Build long‑term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate lead and conversion records in the CRM.
• Stay updated on UAE business laws and free‑zone regulations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of sales experience within a business‑setup or company‑formation consultancy in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and licensing options.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Professional, confident and client‑focused attitude.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
