Cabin Crew Assessment Centre – UAE

About the role

As a member of flydubai's cabin crew, you will act as a brand ambassador for the airline and the city of Dubai. You will ensure passenger safety and deliver exceptional in‑flight service to a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure cabin environment for all passengers.
• Provide consistent, high‑quality customer service throughout each flight.
• Respond calmly and effectively to any in‑flight emergencies.
• Represent flydubai’s standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Height of at least 158 cm to meet safety regulations.
• Well‑groomed appearance with no visible tattoos while in uniform.
• Valid passport and ability to pass an aero‑medical examination.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable in water while wearing a flotation aid.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Readiness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
