Car Purchasing Specialist

About the role

GTA Cars, a leading premium used‑car dealership in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Car Purchasing Specialist to source and acquire quality vehicles for its showroom.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing vehicles across the UAE through outbound calls, online platforms, referrals and personal network.
• Evaluating stock – pricing, condition, mileage, service history and saleability.
• Negotiating purchase prices with private sellers and dealers.
• Coordinating inspections, test drives and compliance checks before purchase.
• Maintaining accurate records of sourcing activity and negotiations.
• Consistently meeting monthly targets for volume, margin and stock quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive purchasing or sales, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle makes, models, condition assessment and market values.
• Confident negotiator with a market‑savvy instinct for vehicle value and demand.
• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven and able to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Outbound sourcing and negotiation with private sellers and trade contacts.
• Accurate vehicle evaluation and pricing.
