About the role

Join the engineering team at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City as a Carpenter. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards, delivering a seamless experience for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve guest repair requests promptly.
• Coordinate with colleagues to address maintenance issues across the property.
• Perform preventive maintenance on guestrooms and public spaces.
• Carry out masonry, carpentry finish work, and general building maintenance including door locks, floor and wall coverings.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment after each repair.
• Report inventory needs and daily activities to the supervisor and assistant manager.

Required skills

• Masonry and carpentry finish techniques.
