Channel Development Manager – Distribution Partners

About the role

You will build and manage a network of distributor and dealer partners across the UAE, GCC and wider regional markets, acting as the main business contact and coordinating with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and qualify prospective distributor and dealer partners through outreach, industry events and referrals.
• Present the company’s product range, commercial structure and partnership proposition, and prepare proposals and evaluation reports for management approval.
• Support commercial negotiations, coordinate legal and finance documentation, and manage partner onboarding, product orientation and system integration.
• Track partner performance against sales targets, conduct regular business reviews and maintain the partner pipeline in the CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in channel development, distributor management, business development or B2B sales.
• Experience selling technical equipment, tools or industrial products through partners or dealers.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities and willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
