Channel Sales Manager

About the role

WEKA is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to design and execute a channel sales strategy that drives revenue through value‑added resellers (VAR) and systems integrators (SI). You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify market opportunities and deliver results for our AI‑focused storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a channel sales plan aligned with company objectives, focusing on VAR and SI partners.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with partners to achieve mutual growth and sales targets.
• Co‑create joint marketing and sales programs, including demand‑generation campaigns and partner events.
• Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to ensure partners can effectively sell and support WEKA’s software and cloud solutions.
• Monitor channel performance, partner pipelines, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven track record in channel sales, preferably within enterprise software or cloud technology markets.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software and cloud technologies.
• Experience building and managing relationships with VAR and SI partners.
