Sales and Technical Manager - Tires

About the role

Giti Tire MEA is looking for a Sales and Technical Manager based in Dubai who will lead commercial activities and technical support for the Middle East region. The manager manages key accounts, distributors and fleet customers to achieve sales targets and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Work with existing distributors to strengthen brand position and market penetration
• Develop and execute sales plans, and build new clients and distribution channels
• Carry out market and competitor analysis, benchmark competitor performance
• Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts
• Provide technical guidance on tire selection, performance and applications
• Run product training sessions and generate testimonials
• Handle and analyse claims and quality feedback, and support field evaluations and tests
• Track trial tires, run CPK analysis and introduce new products
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on pricing and product positioning, and report accurately
• Visit customers regularly, take part in industry events and follow compliance and safety standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field preferred
• Relevant experience in the tire and industrial sectors in the Middle East is highly beneficial
• Ability to travel within the region and work in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage

Required skills

• Sales and account management, including business development, negotiation and customer relationship building
• Tire technical expertise (TBR and PCR), product knowledge, application engineering, field support and troubleshooting
• Analytical and planning skills: market analysis, sales forecasting, performance tracking and strategic planning
• Communication and presentation skills, including delivering training and preparing reports and proposals
• Project management, time management and cross-functional collaboration
