Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Dubai, UAE

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of growth for a multi‑national organisation serving high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients. Based in Dubai, the CEO will define and execute the long‑term strategic vision, drive sustainable growth, and strengthen market presence across the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the organisation’s strategic roadmap and growth initiatives.
• Oversee full P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue expansion and profitability.
• Strengthen the brand’s market position and client‑centric culture across regions.
• Lead digital transformation, innovation and governance best practices.
• Navigate complex regulatory environments and maintain the highest compliance standards.
• Build, mentor and inspire a high‑performing senior leadership team.

Required profile

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in private banking, wealth management, investment or related regulated sectors.
• Proven track record of scaling organisations and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of investment regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, public speaking and strategic crisis management skills.
• Fluent in English and willing to relocate to Dubai.
