About the role
Lead the YP Club founders community in Dubai, shaping the member experience and building the template for future cities. You will report directly to the founder and have full autonomy over admissions and programming.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end operation of the Dubai city, including admissions, events, and member services.
- Design and execute the member experience, from the monthly advisory Circle meetings to city‑wide activations and international retreats.
- Build and manage relationships with high‑net‑worth founders and ensure they receive premium support.
Required profile
- Previous ownership of a P&L or leadership of a business unit with full accountability for results.
- Deep understanding of the founder mindset, ideally having built a venture yourself.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously, creating strategy rather than merely executing directives.
Required skills
- Experience in high‑touch membership management and adherence to SOPs.
- Comfort speaking publicly and facilitating rooms of founders.
- Tech‑savvy mindset, comfortable working with a mobile‑first platform.
