Civil Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out & Renovation

About the role

Turnkey Projects LLC is seeking a hands‑on Civil Site Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day activities on interior fit‑out and renovation projects in Dubai. The role involves direct supervision of subcontractors, material logistics, quality control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors on‑site, ensuring work follows drawings and specifications.
• Create and manage daily/weekly project timelines, task lists and progress reports for clients.
• Order and track material deliveries to avoid delays and monitor site deliveries.
• Enforce site safety protocols, obtain NOCs, work permits and access permits as required.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports and coordinate inspections and approvals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on site supervision in the UAE interior fit‑out/renovation industry.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers and painters.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle; able to start immediately.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to read architectural, joinery and MEP drawings.
